Create a sensory archive that captures the essence of who you are. Using your core life stories to guide you, explore a different sense each week. Gather, write about, and curate what to include in your memory box -- a gift to you and your loved ones!
This course is designed for all adults, regardless of age, health status, or life experience. It's always the right time to explore the rich tapestry of your life.


Writing for Wellbeing

In this course, we experiment with creative writing and journaling techniques that foster self-discovery, mindfulness, emotional resilience, and creativity.
Classes include group discussion, writing time, and reflection. Each technique we practice is designed to promote wellbeing.
