Service Description
Achieve all the benefits of Journal to the Self one-on-one. At our free 30-minute meet-and-greet, we decide how often to meet and what to work on. Weekly or monthly meetings might include: -practicing Journal to the Self (JTTS) techniques -using JTTS techniques to explore a single issue -journaling to manage a transition -stimulating creativity through meditative writing techniques -establishing a sustainable writing practice -discussing the impact of the writing exercises
Cancellation Policy
b. Writing Workshops Because workshops involve limited enrollment and advance preparation: - Full refunds are available if cancellation requests come at least two days (48 hrs.) before the workshop start date. - No refunds are issued once the workshop has begun. - Transfers to a future session may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.
